• Developed strategies and work plans to implement fund development activities to achieve revenue goal of $1.2 million and objectives outlined in the organization’s strategic plan with the goal of increasing private fundraising revenue.
• Secured matching donors for Share’s 2012 and 2013 Annual Spring Hunger Appeal. The most significant accomplishments was the 2013 Spring Appeal which raised a total of $291,000, $184,000 of which was from a challenge match.
• Managed and developed organization’s annual donor campaigns resulting in a 52% increase in gifts year over year.
