Main activities and responsibilities:

· Database Designing, Database Development, Implementation

· Client Issues Fixations, Query Optimization, Writing Stored Procedures

· Index maintenance on Production Servers

· SSRS, SSIS ,Packages Deployment, Environment Variables.

· Installation and maintenance of databases in cloud environments.

· Security and safety of the data and the database.

· Support the product team for application schema setup.

· Support the development teams to troubleshoot and resolve the database related issues.

· Responsible for Backup/Restore of the Database.

My position carries out functions as mentioned below:

• Process the daily End of day Equations Using the IBM AS/400 i-series system.
• Process the daily and monthly backups/restorations of the System.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization.
• Provide Technical support to international branches and ATMs

Main activities and responsibilities:

• To provide enterprise-level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat, and other support channels as required.
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
