One of my biggest accomplishments has been getting into nursing school and successfully completing my first semester while staying committed to my goals.
Hands-on skills through clinicals and lab check-offs. I’ve successfully performed skills such as administering intramuscular (IM), intradermal, and subcutaneous injections, providing wound care, inserting and caring for Foley catheters, and assisting with NG tube feedings. I’ve also completed check-offs for starting a nasogastric (NG) tube, giving bed baths, making occupied beds, and supporting patients with daily living activities like dressing and feeding.
