  • Thoroughly analyzed the historical sales data and cost of ownership of least-selling stents and influenced the leadership to redirect manufacturing from Ireland to Minnesota-based 3rd party OEM manufacturers.

  • For a future-ready sustainable sourcing strategy, I led onboarding of all key vendors for SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) audits on the Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) platform to enable a comprehensive review of health and safety, labour, environment and business ethics.
  • Established best practices and led an operating model to move ~30% production of performance outerwear, denim, and organic tees from Asia to the EU for high-volume clients. It not only reduced the carbon footprint but also reduced the speed to market by up to 12 weeks.

  • Accompanied independent auditors from SGS, TUV, and Sedex for multiple social and ethical audits of our key supply base in Europe and Asia.
