Sullivan Schmitt

• Created my own landscaping business at 12 years old known as 'Lawn Enforcement', to integrate myself into the workforce early and to associate myself with the outdoors
• Had 5 properties I was in charge of, which I would routinely mow every one to two weeks
• Continued mowing lawns a bit into my Fareway career, but had to re-focus on my new job and responsibilities

• Company Overview: Fareway Grocery is a grocery store chain that provides a variety of products including dairy and frozen goods
• Worked at the Peosta Fareway Grocery since I was old enough to be employed by anyone other than myself
• Started off as a courtesy bagging groceries for two years until I turned 16 and moved up to the Dairy and Freezer department
• Have been dedicated to maintaining a great quality of work

Some of my responsibilities as a Freezer/Dairy associate include:

• Stocking and rotating shelves throughout the day to keep the department full
• Moving beer and other pallets with a dolly
• The breaking down and organization of boxes to be crushed
• Moving and re-organizing stock in a freezer and cooler
