At Columbia University's Capstone Project, we delved into Quantum Resilience in Cryptography, assessing risks and opportunities posed by quantum computing globally. Our analysis spanned encryption standards and Policy frameworks from the US Government and other nations. Our analysis informed tailored strategies for companies, including Fortune 50 and 500, to fortify cryptographic defenses. Additionally, our recommendations aim to proactively manage the risks and benefits of quantum computing for all stakeholders.

• Conducted regression analysis on 60 diverse firms spanning various sectors, exploring the correlation between executive incentives linked to ESG initiatives and their impact on sustainable practices.
• Enhanced research quality by implementing rigorous data analysis techniques and innovative methodologies.

• Researched UX/UI dynamics across online learning platforms, proposing strategies for refined user progress tracking and course engagement redesign.

• Led 4x scale-up of education non-profit program operations, impacting 6,400 low-income children to lead community development projects.

• Designed and launched Meghshala android based app, expanding users from 100 to 14,000 across 5 states in India, enhancing scalability and efficacy.
• Successfully achieved a 25% increase in app adoption in the Karnataka state, by seamlessly integrating with the government. Oversaw a high-performing team of 7 individuals across three districts to ensure Meghshala's scalable and sustainable growth

• Guided 70 students to achieve a 2.6+ year improvement in reading levels within 2 years through innovative teaching methods and community development
• Co-founded “ the 1000 Smiles project and established school management committees in affordable private schools to improve accountability and reduce student attrition. This led to the achievement of grade-level learning outcomes for 500 students.
