SUW CSSQT Lead 2018 - Current

• Engaged analyzing SUW CSSQT Events, provided expertise on issues that were documented, and resolved issues.
• Developed and implemented GWS/SUW designs involving creating/updating Specification Documents, Integration Documentation for multiple baselines (US and FMS).
• Coordinated TIM and INCO events/testings in Testing Sites, provided Technical Supports, and ensure the success of the efforts.
• Assisted in TWG, TIM, IWG with customers by presenting the development of the GWS/SUW, providing solutions to any blockage of design & issue, and constructed integration designs between AWS and GWS/SSRS/Foreign systems.
• Supported ALO and INCO of the K2 DDGs as a C&D engineer supporting K-systems not limited to K-GCS, K-SSMS, K-Sonata, K-Mass, and K-SSRS.

K1 C&D IPT Lead June 2025 - Current

• Participated in Lead Meetings to provide work package of C&D CPCRs to ensure satisfaction of customer's requests
• Collaborated with cross-functional team to ensure success of the CPCR resolution development and verify/meet the standard of AEGIS Tech Rep.
• Supported success program readiness of next delivery to K1 DDGs.

• Provided engineering and research support for a lab that correlates computer engineering, design, medical, psychology, and biomedical engineering with emotions and brain to develop real world applications. Hired, evaluated, and supervised up to 30 direct / indirect reports. Accountable for developing hypothesis, researching published journals, organizing experiments, analyzing lab data, and formulating conclusions. Authored a journal research paper.
• Planned and coordinated lab experiment settings by developing and implementing engineering programs to gather, analyze, and extrapolate data in formulating conclusions.
• Successfully submitted new topic in correlation between blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration that currently is under review to receive a patent in developing application.
• Tested hypothesis via experiments to evaluate relationships and observe effects of blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration on the human body to determine if all three could be controlled and stabilized.
• Published Paper (International Journal of Psychophysiology; Final stage of the Review): Effect of Respiration based on resonance frequency on Blood Pressure and Autonomic Balance

• Served as a Researcher Assistant / Robotics Engineer for an artificial intelligence program. Led 22 direct reports. Accountable for complex problem resolution, lab equipment, and engineering data gathering and analysis (Labview) as part of designing robots.
• Spearheaded efforts to set up lab environment and test subjects to conduct and analyze lab experiments.
• Prepared and submitted numerous engineering reports and programs outlining data results.
• Developed and implemented a program to design robots to perform various activities such as grabbing objects, detecting sounds and light, and identifying colors.

• Provided mechanical engineering support for a multi-billion dollar architectural engineering firm. Worked closely with Project Managers to facilitate engineering project requirements. Organized engineering reports and documentation for client meetings. Led up to 40 direct reports and 500+ indirect reports.
• Prepared numerous engineering drawings to renovate movable bridges using Auto-Cad and Microstation.
