Responsible for direct patient care as well as supervision and teaching of residents and medical students in the inpatient and outpatient setting.

Completed rotations in General Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure and Palliative Care.

Gained exposure to multiple imaging modalities including echocardiography, nuclear imaging, cardiac MRI, cardiac CT and PET.

Experience in a high volume cardiac intensive unit as well as cardiothoracic intensive care unit managing critically ill patients on mechanical support including intra-aortic balloon pumps, ECMO and percutaneous LVAD and RVAD.

General Internal Medicine Residency with clinical rotations at three distinct health systems including a county hospital, a Veteran's Medical Center and University teaching hospital in both the inpatient and outpatient setting and gained competency in management of a broad range of cases.

Participated in numerous volunteer clinics and conducted quality improvement projects to improve health care delivery to under-served populations in Miami.

Delivered and participated numerous educational conferences for medical students as well as co-residents.

Co-ordinated numerous research projects over the course of residency.
