Have been in the Customer Service industry since I was a young girl. My Mother was very involved in Politics & our home would receive several phone calls that required phone etiquette & message taking. While raising two sons I worked at their elementary schools in the cafeteria that allowed me to be with them while raising them. After almost 18 years I applied for a receptionist position with Stuart Insurance where I was hired on the spot. I loved working at this Family owned agency. After the owner retired three years ago the book of business to a corporation. The philosophy was Quality verses quainity. . We took pride in servicing our clients & made them feel like they were our main priority. Unfortunately, the main priority is the computer system and a philosophy of quantity verses quality, I want to work for a business that is well run, has good communication with staff, offers support when needed, shows recognition, and has a healthy positive work environment.
