Ensure all AS2 certificates are up to date for EDI translation software Cleo Lexicom. Set up test data and will provide test files to the trading partner as needed. Perform production support by monitoring day to day EDI operations and troubleshoot issues. Identify and resolve EDI issues at root cause level. Developing EDI maps and business processes and resolving implementation issues. Interaction with Value Added Networks or Customer EDI portals. Analyze and validate EDI chargebacks. Manage the order processing team that specializes in EDI accounts.

  • Involved with the ERP system upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2009 to Microsoft 365 Business Central. This includes, remapping of EDI Documents, stripping over 70% of customizations and retesting of all Trade Partners and their respective transmissions.
  • Implemented and automated EDI 855 document. This process creates upon receipt of an EDI 850 file with preset data that is able to export out without manual intervention and resulted in decreased On-Time Compliance fines from customers like Walmart and Target.
  • Involved with creation of an European company profile in Microsoft 365 Business Central, which housed all data and order process for customers orders that shipped from the Netherlands. I was focused on EDI trade partners Wayfair, Amazon and Costco.
  • Created a report in Business Central that pulls data of all open orders with the next available ship date. Running the report minimized time looking up product in-stock dates.
  • Decreased outside consultation costs by 30%.
