- In the team leader absence, acts as a Judge Calendar coordinator, providing dates to Judge and clients, addressing attorney (Defense and Prosecutor) with postponement and/or ready holds. Preparing the list for all parties, adding notes on what needs to be addressed in court such as speedy trial/excludable time issues, if need to be processed, status of PTI. Attended court sessions and provided assistance to the Judge. Completed 5A applications and conducted inmate interviews for pre-sentence reports, ensuring thorough documentation and communication with relevant parties. Compiled pre-sentence reports by reviewing rap sheets, gathering criminal history, obtaining discovery, and detailing offense circumstances and victim information, including restitution assessments as necessary. Screening all new indictments to see if they met the criteria to be mandatory Recovery Court. Prior to working as a probation officer, I was employed with Department of Human Services as a child support and paternity specialist. I was responsible for handling child support inquiries in which CP or NCP corresponded with the state and/or Governors office.
- Conducted regular assessments of probationers to monitor compliance with court-ordered conditions.
- Developed and implemented individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to specific needs of clients.
- Collaborated with law enforcement agencies to ensure effective supervision and support for probationers.
