I worked on projects for the insurance area. Led daily system testing meetings, managed system testing PTR process, analyzed root cause of issues, prepared test cases and entered data for system testing, supported UAT through requesting batch cycles and participated in root cause analysis of issues. Prepared test scripts and tested through the Mercury QTP tool for testing large quantities of data.

I have worked testing online and batch for the following job streams: Scheduled Disbursements, Bank Authorizations, Group Bills, Order Tickets, Unscheduled Disbursements and Unscheduled Collections. I have worked on the following projects: Spin Off TSA, TSA2, GMWB/GMAB/PN and various others.

(1993-1995) BSA in the Investment Model Office. Supported the pricing function and the model office hotline. Supported various pricing projects and maintenance request. (1995-2003) Programming. Participated in the company training that included training for: PACBASE, CICS, COBOL, JCL. Worked on various projects and maintenance requests for the IMAS system. Both COBOL and PACBASE. Most recently the Pricing project. I took JAVA at Hennepin technical college in 2001.

Corporate Tax Department. (1986-1988) Life insurance area. Prepared corporate state and premium tax returns. Contributed to the group preparation of the life federal income tax returns. Prepared deferred tax inventory for the life return. (1988-1993) Non-Life area. Prepared corporate state and unitary tax returns. Prepared corporate consolidated federal tax return. LAN administrator for the LAN on our floor which included various areas: Tax Department, Treasury, General Accounting and others.
