Accomplishments

    In 2024, I managed, developed and presented in 17 Employee Engagement and Retention Summits across the nation, reaching 1,800 leaders. The two day curriculum focused on leadership support resources/tools and soft skills such as emotional intelligence, unconscious bias, time management, and leading through diversity and change.
