Sales Compensation & Incentive Strategy
- Lead design and administration of multiple sales incentive programs supporting evolving go-to-market strategies across regional and business-line structures
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR leaders to redesign incentive plans, performance metrics, payout mechanics, and eligibility rules aligned to changing business priorities and growth objectives
