I find working in the yard, garden to be very therapeutic. Its a good feeling to see pretty quick results from your labor. I have a little dog Jack that keeps me busy! I try to taking him on 1-2 mile walks every day. It's good for both of us! I love to read! I love to read the classics like Dickens & Bronte, but enjoy reading inspirational devotionals every morning.
