I have many years of experience in various roles that have advanced the results-driven nature within me. From experience in both the financial and health related fields, I have been afforded not only knowledge but proficiency in both areas. While building relationships have been a big part of my roles over the years, I also have adopted many administrative skills. I have extensive experience and skill in logging daily information, researching variances and maintaining records. I am accuracy-driven, service-oriented and diligent about completing tasks with little supervision and I'm searching for a job that will hone in on my administrative skills particularly.
I support a team of financial advisors and their clients with various investment and wealth management services. My typical day to day operations include preparing financial overviews for current clients, opening new accounts, applying beneficiaries and Powers of Attorney to accounts, and of course, assisting with money movements and stock trades on behalf of our clients. Providing client satisfaction by addressing incoming inquiries and resolving issues as quickly as possible are key in this role.
I provided individual health coaching to promoting overall health and wellness for my patients. We primarily focused on dietary and exercise goals. I guided clients in setting realistic goals, implementing effective action plans, and monitoring progress for long-term success in order to prevent, improve or reverse chronic conditions. In addition I conducted group health education sessions monthly that consisted of various health topics. My patients included public works employees of the city of Gainesville, GA. Their participation in health coaching provided incentives towards their health insurance.
I worked at UT Medical Center as an Exercise Physiologist in both their inpatient and outpatient cardiopulmonary rehab facilities. I monitored the EKGs of patients within the inpatient unit and helped them up to walk the halls periodically. I also assisted patients who had just undergone cardiac/pulmonary related surgeries to begin safely engaging in exercise.
I worked with patients through their prescribed exercise under supervision of physical therapists and physical therapy assistants.
