Developed and implemented supervised visitation services, for adults who are Court ordered to have supervised contact with children, within Dutchess and surrounding counties. Wrote and revised all program policies and best practices. Formulated short and long-term strategies, action plans, and solutions to address a wide variety of interpersonal problems between adults and estranged children. Consulted with judges, attorneys, therapeutic professionals, and the Supervised Visitation Network to continually improve services and strategies that identified and successfully addressed a wide range of risk factors. Oversaw the intake process for all new adult clients to prepare and guide them through services, and presented them with specific strategies to address estranged relationships with positive and supportive parenting styles. Met with all new child clients to prepare and comfortably ease them in to services. Successfully supervised and coordinated thousands of visits, and consistently maintained the safety and integrity of hundreds of children and adults at all times.
