• Stabilized SD-One customers during the product’s sunset period while supporting migration planning.

Supported enterprise ERP conversions across 550+ locations during major mergers and acquisitions. Led training, testing, configuration support, and operational readiness for large manufacturing, millwork, and lumber facilities transitioning to unified systems.
