  • My main duties are all payrolls for all companies, account payables, account receivables, payroll taxes with quarterly reports, W2's, 1099's, Local 265 union reports monthly, schedule of values, waivers, certificates of insurance for customers, deposits, bank reconciliations and sales tax reports and payments
  • I do purchasing of all office required supplies and computer needs for all companies
  • Manage all money coming and going in all (5) companies
  • This position requires an organized and detailed person to assure that the month end financials are correct and accurate for the owner
  • Also answer phones, and assist in customer service
  • Do shipping of products and prepare shipping documents for products that are shipped out of the country
  • I do all the bookkeeping
  • One of the companies by new boss purchased was American Chute where I used to work
