I took calls for many companies. My clients were doctors, lawyers, plumbers, the Milwaukee Zoological Society, real estate property managers and many others. I dispatched them, as appropriate to the correct on call.


The last ten years of my employment, I was the third shift person, and usually was alone to handle calls, many of which were urgent.


i found the job personally satisfying because I was competent and was able to truly help many people.
