- RTS specialist. I create invoices, interact with brokers and ensure the flow of money to the company.
- I can create invoices for brokers so that they pay us directly, bypassing the RTS system.
- I count the salaries of all drivers, including owner operators.
- I have completed several trainings on EZLoads and RTS programs. And I can train accountants/ dispatchers how to use these apps
- Every quarter I calculated IFTA for 3 different MC’s, including IFTA for owner operators
- I work with the EFS program.
- I opened the accounts for: Cat Scale, Transflo, Truck Stop and ComCast by myself.
- I know how make the set up with a new broker.
- I called brokers to find out the reason why they do not provide cargo. Made a setup with C.H. Robinson.
- I work with PingHQ
- I counted payments for trucks and trailers.
- Prepared invoices for companies after their closure
- I have created an 'Employment and PERM Agreement.'
- I send drivers' forms to fill out bank details through DocuSign.
- I assisted the safety manager in preparing audit reports.
- I created a Salary Verification Letter for drivers.
- Created SCAC for three different MC’s
- I was also fully involved in creating a brokerage company, including the opening of Ring Central and creating the 'Broker-Carrier Agreement'.
