Berkner High School North Elevation Site Improvements

Richardson ISD

The renovation of the north front façade of the high school includes demolition of existing walls and windows and replacing with curtain wall window system and doors. Site renovations include adding a new ramp, new planters with monument sign and benches and installation of pre-manufactured canopies as well as planting of new plants, trees and grass.

Crowley Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF) Warehouse Additions and Renovations

Construction of a new 50,000 SF Warehouse at the VMF and 3,000 SF renovation of an existing warehouse on the adjacent property. Work consists of a new pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB), with parking, offices, loading dock, fuel storage and fuel/cleaning structure. Renovation of the existing warehouse includes removal and replacement of an existing freezer and addition of a separate cooler.
