Community Service

Ceramic Club, Waubonsee Community College, President/Treasurer, 2022-08, Present, As treasurer, I had to sign off on pieces of paper for the club related to budgeting., As president, we had an event called Trunk or Treat in which we made pumpkins, ghost and candy bags. I took over and did most of the work so that my team could look up to me as a role model., Another event that I organized was that we made mugs. I had to show my team how to wedge clay, roll a slap, and then make a mug however tall or short they wanted it to be. They did an amazing job. The mugs came out beautifully as well for people that didn’t have any knowledge or experience with clay.
