- I've learned almost every single spot on the line and was promoted to Assembler II
- I work fast and efficient and will help others so the line will keep moving and so that we're able to hit our numbers at end of the night
- When short staffed I was able to learn a little bit of spot weld and learned it quickly
- I worked at PEM for a couple months and would get about 13 hours of work done in the 10 hours worked. I would make parts for weld or the assembly line and would report those items and logged it in excel to get my hours.
- I was able to learn how to drive forklift and passed my certification

- I would collect all of the items and read the label to know if I have everything and would scan all of the items on the order and then pack it
- I would also make sure the items are wrapped correctly if it was hazardous or any type of makeup products so when customer gets their order nothing is damaged
- I then got the opportunity to learn a couple different areas like customer returns or returns inspections
- customer returns I would either open up boxes or scan items and making sure its the correct item they had sent back
- returns inspections I would look for stains or it the item is damaged, then I would either say if its good or bad and then bag the item up.
