Performed a wide range of duties, as assigned by pharmacy manager and staff pharmacist, with a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and service quality to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer/patient experience. As a pharmacy technician apprentice, daily duties included:

• Utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, as well as assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow.
• Filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions.
• Promptly reporting prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adhering to company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors.
• Handling telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians; managed over 50 phone calls per day.
• Processing (correcting and resubmitting) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performing other clerical duties, as assigned by my pharmacy manager.
• Assisting in inventory management activities, such as: ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals. Maintained knowledge of company asset protection techniques to file claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
• Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the pharmacy was stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance.
• Assisting pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling samples from patients, administering immunizations, and other clinical services as required, as well as assisting patients in finding other relevant healthcare services when appropriate to ensure patients received as adequate care as possible.

As a sandwich artist, we greet and serve customers, prepare food, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Daily duties included:

• Streamlining sandwich preparation processes for improved efficiency without sacrificing quality or presentation standards and prioritized excellent communication skills to understand customer preferences accurately while minimizing errors in orders.
• Operating manual and electric appliances to peel, slice, trim, heat, and bake food.
• Accurately operating a P.O.S. system to process customer payments.
• Replenishing chips, condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Readying customers' take-out orders in secure bags with appropriate amounts of condiments, silverware and napkins.

While hosting (and bussing) I:

• Enhanced customer satisfaction by promptly greeting and seating guests upon arrival.
• Boosted customer loyalty by providing a warm presence, friendly interactions, and prompt attention to guest inquiries or concerns.
• Worked with front of house staff to move tables and adjust seating to accommodate groups with special requests.
• Cleared tables immediately after guests left in preparation for next party.
• Improved workflow efficiency in tight spaces while maneuvering heavy trays of dirty dishes from dining room to dishwashing station without incident.

While dishwashing, I:

• Monitored dishwashing machines for proper functioning and increased machine efficiency by scraping and pre-washing dishes.
• Cleared, washed and stacked all plates, dining utensils, and trays quickly and without breaking.
• Worked with chemicals such as detergent, rinse agents, and sanitizers to protect customer health.
• Kept kitchen areas neat and clean by removing trash and organizing supplies.
• Increased performance reliability under pressure by consistently meeting fast-paced dishwashing demands, even during busiest service periods.

While food-running, I:

• Loaded food, dishes and utensils on carts and trays to transport from designated food preparation areas to designated tables.
• Assisted with basic food preparation tasks as needed, helping expedite meal service for guests.
• Boosted team efficiency by keeping kitchen areas organized, clean, and properly sanitized.
