As a volunteer at Scottsdale Synchro, I’ve gained valuable experience coaching and mentoring intermediate swimmers while working closely with team coaches to help athletes improve their skills. I also helped facilitate fun programs like "Mermaid Camp," which taught me how to be creative and adaptable when working with younger swimmers. My positive attitude and ability to work well with others make me a strong team player, and I’ve developed problem-solving skills that help me create a supportive and engaging learning environment for everyone I work with.

As a senior in high school who has thrived as an online student with a strong GPA, I’ve developed important skills that would make me a great fit for an entry-level position. Managing my coursework has taught me how to stay organized, manage my time well, and meet deadlines without needing reminders. I’m self-motivated and hardworking, which helps me stay focused on my goals and complete tasks efficiently. I’ve learned to adapt to new situations, whether it’s using different online tools or solving unexpected problems, and I’m comfortable working both independently and in teams. I also communicate well with others and enjoy finding solutions when challenges come up. Overall, I’m committed to improving and putting in effort to succeed, which I believe would help me be a reliable and capable employee.
