• Medication administration knowledge: PO, IV, IM, SQ
• IV therapy assistance, phlebotomy, and specimen collection
• Wound care, dressing changes, and orthopedic splinting
• Foley and intermittent catheterization
• Oxygen therapy and respiratory support
• Blood glucose monitoring
• Pain assessment and management
• Mobility assistance and safe patient transfers
• CPR, BLS, and emergency response
• Infection prevention and isolation precautions
