• U.S. Air Force DIU Child Development Center Hanscom, MA, 2024-2025, Lead Cost Estimator: Developed a 35% cost estimate using Mll and Microsoft project to create construction schedule. Estimate included a new 36,800 SF Facility and all associated site work and utilities. ($53.4 M)
• USACE Louisville Base Fire Station Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio 2023-2024, Lead Cost Estimator: Provided cost estimation for a 24,500 SF Fire Station that will support training, operations and storage on base. Utilized the MCACES Mll estimating software to build a detailed cost estimate. ($22.2M)

The estimation included an approximate 85,000 SF building: 15,000 SF of office space to include all non-production space, 8,000 SF of MGSE Staging area, and 6,000 SF of Parts Staging space. In addition, the estimate included pavement, underground utilities, and site improvements. Utilized the MCACES Mll estimating software to build a detailed cost estimate. ($35.9M)
• USACE East District Army Lodging Renovation, USAG Humphreys, Korea, Republic of Korea, 2022-2024, Cost Estimator: Provided cost estimation for all supporting facilities. The estimation included pavement, underground utilities, site improvements and demolition of the current buildings.
