Internships
- In 2022 I took two internships involving my child development class. For my first internship I was with West Lake elementary school. During this time I worked with grades kindergarten through fifth grade. I focused on working with the student who needed that extra help in classes that their teachers could not give them all the time. We worked on our reading skills, developmental skills, and various activities involving school work.
- My second internship still revolving with my child development class is at Primrose School. At Primrose I worked with the two year olds. I would just be involved for a few hours of their daily schedule, making sure everyone was safe.
Campus Involvement
- Member of CAB. Cab is "Campus activities board event staff." Many others and I will be in charge of and executing activities that will be being hosted around campus for the students.
Volunteer Experience
- Currently volunteering at Shads Landing retirement home. During this time I am involved with ideally just hanging out and carrying out activities during the day for the elderly.
