- Research issues from the processing areas to ensure the proper accounting is taking place on policies
- Monthly I provide Audit request for PWC related to claim expense, ensuring all summary detail loaded to ledger completely ties out to what was generated via source system LifePro
- I ensure that the Zelis files are released in a timely manner
- Creating and completing LifePro forms to make sure all accounting that is to be done or that has been done on the policy level by Claims clears
- As a member of the reconciliation team, I have been cross trained to ensure constant flow of business needs
