- Company Overview: This company produces specialty eggs.
- Originally started in a Leadership trainee position. Learned and executed production scheduling, purchasing agent, live team technician, a supply chain specialist and lastly a logistics/supply chain manager. As a purchasing agent I was able to lower cost by $300,000 within the first 3 months while building a rapport with vendors for new products at a discounted rate without losing quality. I have been promoted to being a logistics/supply chain Manager and in charge of the dock. Scheduling outbound carrier freight appointments and inbound deliveries with our own drivers. Calaborating weekly appointments with companies we serve every week for on time deliveries. Running KPI meeting each week for all departments. Keeping track on OTIF daily. Complete PO's and outbound BOL's on a daily basis using Sage. Keeping up daily with driver ELD logs using Samsara. Working continuously on improving quality. Being audit ready at all times. Making sure the trucks are staged in a way to be efficiently loaded. Reporting to necessary employees the quantity and specific label of product to be used for production. Product would consist of eggs, all packaging material, such as cartons, boxes of all quantities and labels. I am also in charge of inventory for the raw eggs coming in and finished product going out. Conducting a daily inventory of our raw eggs and finished product and comparing it to the 'planner' so that if the numbers don't match the disconnect can be found and rectified.

We built towable units, I was in charge of appliance setting, sealing, trimming, awnings, doors and drawers building including installing. Building face frames, building and installing window treatments, cleaning, and final repair. I handled all scrap reports inventory of all products on my end of the line. I worked closely with new vendors on products. I was in charge of making the units cleared at the door. Continuously improving the quality and looks of all units. I hired and terminated when need be. Took care of all certifications for units. Being audit ready at all times as well as enforcing the use of PPE.
