-Establish and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
-Managing the CMS (Client Management System), booking, sending out contracts/proposals, invoicing, responding promptly to emails/texts/calls.
-Managing artistic and technical photography tasks such as, shooting and editing while also providing the clients with their final products within the contracted time period, as well as business operations such as marketing, sales, client communication, and equipment maintenance.
-Helped provide vital administrative support by running the day-to-day operations of the school.
-Assisted in managing the school office by answering phone calls and emails, maintained student records, served as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Performed data entry such as attendance and other school related data, bus routes, teacher communication, parent communication, and handled confidential information with discretion.
