A people's person, I work very well with other people and in social environments. Practicing time management and a strong work ethic on the daily via schooling, sports, and starting my own business. I am always trying to learn new skills and improve on the ones I already have in anyway I can. I am very versatile and can work any position I am needed in, as well as problem solve and create efficient systems of getting things done.
I ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely during lessons. I set up the stations and pool area, call in and explain the rules to the kids, I get them to their designated stations, I take attendance, I make sure all kids are following the rules and are safe, and at closing I clean the pool, put away all stations, and turn everything off.
