• Assist with resident assessment and the development of resident service plans that accurately reflect resident needs and are updated as needs change.
• Assist in communication between the resident, family, and physician regarding the resident's healthcare issues and changes.
• Ensure changes in residents' condition are evaluated, monitored, documented, and effective interventions are implemented.
• Perform skilled nursing tasks as defined by community policy and procedures, and as allowed by state law.

• Room and assess patients with a variety of ailments and medical concerns.
