Some of my skills that I use while working at B.A.S.E are, being able to watch children and keep them under control and on good behavior. I work well with children in general and I always keep a good attitude around them. My creativity contributes really well too, as we make art projects with the kids. My other skills that help me are having patience, being observable and being quick to react. Children are sometimes a lot but having these skills really help me work with the kids. The main skill I learned is that I work well with children and that is why it is my desire to continue working with children as I head into my future.
Responsibilities while working here include keeping an eye on the kids and making sure they are not misbehaving. Making sure the kids are being helped with things, and also understanding them. Everyday working is me working with each child and making sure I am interacting with them as well. Along with that is getting to know how every child acts, knowing who they are as a person and remembering it the best I can. It is also my responsibility to make sure all the kids in my group are accounted for. I am always good at all my responsibilities for this job.
