As captain of the Canadian National Basketball Team, I led our squad to a bronze medal at the national level, showcasing my dedication and athleticism. I built a strong team culture by encouraging collaboration and improving team dynamics, which boosted both performance and morale. I also organized fundraising efforts that successfully raised money for team activities, highlighting my skills in organization and communication.
