I collected recycling from every classroom, made posters about the correct things to recycle, upcycled to make posters, and provided recycling bins for classrooms that didn't have any.

I take Spanish lessons outside of school. My lessons are with a Mexican native speaker over Google Meets once a week.

• SVA tour guide (10)

I was a tour guide to an incoming freshman, I showed her around the school and she attended some of my classes. I made sure she had an idea of what our daily school lives looked like.

• Spirit Day Committee (12)

I helped with choreography of the dance that my senior class will be dancing for spirit day. I communicated with everyone to make sure they were happy with their parts and made sure that the dance was easy enough for everyone to learn.

• Class representative/Student Council (12)

I make sure to report all the information discussed in meetings back to my homeroom. I also help with school spirit activities that are being planned.

• Mass prep(10)

I helped setup the Cathedral for when my school had mass and I also helped with cleaning afterwards

• St.Vincents Art Show(10)

I helped setup the art work that was going to be displayed at the show

• Beach Clean(11)

I walked around Tybee Island and helped pick up trash that was left around the beach

• St.Vincents Mother Daughter Senior Tea Volunteer(11)

I helped with setting up the tables and cleaning up for the Mother Daughter Senior Tea, a St.Vincents tradition

• Second Harvest Food Bank(12)

I packed bags of food for people in the local community in need

• Flannery O'Connor Childhood Home(12)

The Flannery O'Connor Childhood Home is a historic house museum where American author Flannery O'Connor lived during her childhood. I worked in the gift shop selling merchandise and tickets as well as making reservations 

My interest in international affairs began with a curiosity about different languages and cultures. As I delved deeper into this subject, I realized that it offered many job opportunities for me that I find it challenging to choose career-wise. I feel this field would continue to give me chances to broaden my knowledge and skills, which is what I am looking for.
