• Retail pharmacy i worked at a long time and most recent i had the responsibilities of production, drop off service, greeting customers, assisting customers with their insurance claims and billing, drive thru pharmacy, answering phones, callbacks for prescriptions, resolving rejections, maintaining and ensuring compliance with federal laws, order receiving, and stocking medications, removing expired medications, packaging order, monthly modules, rt's, cycle counts, and qp's.

Worked as an outpatient pharmacy technician for penn medicine this year was the head of retail everyday on register, refills, counting pills, puttimg them in order, filling scripts, insurance, answering phones, making sure the nurses got medicine for the patients on the floor or that are leaving the hospital that they also when they have seen the doctor they come to us to get their medicine and i make sure of that. Heavy lifting and heavy duty also was a requirement standing all day and make sure everything all surrounding areas were clean.

• Before this store had closed all it's stores for good my duties were retail, drive thru, answering phones, doing callbacks for prescriptions and insurance billing, filing insurance claims, doing compounding, completing customer transactions, preparing and dispensing, doing inventory, ordering supplies, preparing immunizations, lifting and packaging orders

• I was rotating at this hospital inpatient and outpatient preparing packaging and delivering medications. I had to answer phones. Return calls. I had to compound sterile iv solutions and compounding in the pharmacy. I was managing inventory and fill dispensing cabinets under the pharmacists supervision with everything or lead technician. I have to also abide by safety and compliance first before anything i do. I had to make sure everything is sterile and clean in all areas. I have amazing communication skills with my coworkers and patients. I communicate very well my medication logistics to the pharmacists and to the nurses as i should. I have excellent computer skills as well doing insurance claims, billing, data entry, typing, research. I had to prepare iv mixtures for chemotherapy and vertical air hood flows. I had to lift packages up to 50 pounds or more. I really loved this job working inpatient because it really showed me exactly what it's like to be a pharmacy technician and taught me my strengths and weakness and how much medicine and the work we do really affects the patients as well. I love working as a team player and getting everything done together.

• I was serving medication at the inpatient and outpatient pharmacy at crisis response inside of germantown hospital to combative patients. My duties were retail, production, answering phones, cleaning sterile products, mixing using sterile techniques, processing medication, dispensing, safety and compliance, order and processing, insurance billing and data entry and stocking and counting medications for doctors and nurses. Lifting boxes, i loved this job being a team player and working as a team to ensure each and every resident has their medication or whatever they made need.
