Supporting the referral processing including but not limited to: data entry, case
registration, case assignment, triage and client job queue monitoring for
workers comp, LTD, & STD case management business
• Providing exceptional service to clients by appropriately handling incoming
calls, researching problems, answering questions, providing information
and forwarding messages as needed
• Processing referrals accurately and efficiently within established productivity
guidelines and timeframes utilizing all tools and resources available
• Communicating assignments to the client timely, accurately and
professionally utilizing appropriate template
• Identifying changes for workflows/processes and provide timely
recommendations for improvement to supervisor.
