Operating from a remote office in Los Angeles I both set-up and then independently ran ancillary products sales office handling all general matters of business for my office and communicating the results back to headquarters in the UK.

Responsible for company set-up and daily operations, I also did the bookkeeping, financial reporting & analysis, national & international trade show exhibiting, customer procurement, employee onboarding and management, budget tracking, sales forecasting, and product logistics. We succeeded in creating additional revenue stream at a time when physical media sales fell to digital.
