1. Observing residents.
2. Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
3. Taking care of a resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, and nail care.
4. Toileting residents.
5. Emptying catheter bags.
6. Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food / fluid intake. 7. Feeding residents.
8. Serving nutritional supplements.
9. Making beds.
10. Keeping the residents space clean and tidy.
11. Bringing the resident to the therapy area. Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores.
