Accomplishments
- A patient on one of the halls had a generalized plan put in place. The was meant to get patient to participate more in groups, improve on personal hygiene, cleanliness of their room and using their coping skills instead of outbursts when they would get mad. I attempted this plan twice with better results the second time and they were visibly proud of themselves. One of the social workers acknowledged how well he did.
