Align, Evaluated & Integrated the Prime Contractor, Northrop Grumman IMS into the appropriate division assigned with the overall integrated Government IMS. Provide Schedule visibility analysis monthly to the customer. Analyze subcontractor schedules that tie into the Master IMS. Run DCMA 14 pt. Ran Acumen fuse to show changes and baseline execution index providing metrics. Oversaw Primavera P6 Licenses setting up new accounts and passwords for new users. Provided training and guidance and how to use P6 functions.

Joined Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Woodland Hills, CA Nov 2019– Aug 2020). Transferred to Northrop Grumman Space Systems Division in Roy, UT in Aug. 2020. Lead Staff Principal Scheduler on the Flight Systems & Logistics Team on the GBSD/Sentinel Project.Worked with assigned CAMs (Cost Account Managers) Building in tasks, resources and cost. Prepared developed and coordinated the integrated master schedule to meet all customer program objectives.. Ensured major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.. • Focal Point to provide visibility of schedules to Program Managers providing updates through Project PRO 2013 Server. Developed from inception, maintain, and deliver bi-weekly to Customer IMS.
