- Generate a list of inmates that are to attend transports the next day, and forward copies to

- Coordinate with Medical, Records and Classification section, to gather records and information for transports to appointments, state and local institutions, as far in advance as possible
- Checks with Hanover, Caroline and Federal Courts throughout the day to ensure inmates are returned to the facility as soon as possible
- Ensure that Transportation Officers work in conjunction with Security/Intake personnel and assist them as necessary to ensure overall security
