* Set appointments for clients, called insurance companies to verify coverages, Co-pays, Deductibles.
* Assessed patient needs prior to their appointment, set up an individual treatment plan, made sure that each patient was educated on what to expect during and after their massage therapy sessions.
* Responsible for Client charts, sending referrals to medical physicians if needed.
* All billing, accounts payables, chart keeping, continuing education schedules, payroll, HR, accounts receivables, purchasing and all other office procedures and overhead.
* Worked with several Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Clinics as Contracted Massage Therapist
