I am a skilled server and bartender/mixologist with extensive experience in all aspects of the food and beverage service field. Having grown up with grand-parents in the Bar Management (35years) and Restaurant Service (fine dining/ 30 years) industry. I spent time with my grandfathers as a child at his place of employment (The Republican Club of Allentown PA) and grew up helping out often in the afternoons when my grandfather went in to do his paperwork, put orders in for various supplies, stocking alcohol and snacks etc. I then went on to help out at the Black Forest Challet where my grandmother was employed for many years.
