As a Landslide Specialist I am responsible for the safety and security of all occupants of the airport. Completing daily security checks. Collaborate with team members to resolve routine issues promptly. Flight information and dispatching of Maintenance Staff and other services as required. Ensure safety and proper operation in loading and unloading areas. Issue parking citations, Relocate unattended vehicles, Crowd control (inside and outside) as well as responding to medical calls. Assist passengers with ADA needs, Helping passengers with questions concerning the airlines and airport.

As a Passenger Service Assistant I took passengers throughout the airport. I had a vast knowledge of the airport layout and grounds. I was required to know security measures of access doors. I also needed to ensure the safety of my passengers and those around me.
