• Driving Medium to large Data, Fiber, Access Control, Video management and other low voltage projects to achieve targeted completion date
• Following job scope to ensure no detail is overlooked while maintaining the highest level of workmanship for our clients.
• Maintain communication with Functional Team Members and Direct Management to ensure early identification of issues and timely reporting of status updates to ensure the project closes on the expected date and within budget.

• Perform site walks prior for the Sales Team to take pictures, measurements and document any potential risks or roadblocks to work on solutions for any problems found prior to scheduling technicians in site to reduce downtime or return trips.
• Program systems and commission with clients, Train all administrators on client applications
• Complete administrative close out material packet with client to ensure they know the process for placing a service request and answer any outstanding questions they may have before the project is closed out.

· Overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with field installation regulations.

· Work with various sub-contractors to ensure systems were being installed according to job scope, blueprint & code.

· Visit various sites to conduct site inspections of work completed by sub contractors or internal technicians to evaluate workmanship and progress of job.

• Maintained Network LAN/WAN for Central Monitoring Station.
• Supported independent Alarm companies with reports, Rouge signals, Mobile database for UI.
• Implemented new procedures and technologies that improved efficiency and streamlined operations in the field.
• Maintains clear communication with all Functional Team Members needed to ensure early identification of issues and timely reporting of issues & status.
