Current Responsibilities

• Maintain new machine backlog and analyze new machine revenue under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Track profitability of new machines business, and regularly meet with Sales department on inaccuracies.
• Hedging for EUR need of new machines and parts business provided for by KAG.
• Review of all new machine invoicing before they are sent to customer.
• Monthly financial reporting in BPC for Krones, Inc. and subsidiaries.
• Concur Administrator. Includes posting daily extracts, updating employee changes, running reports, and handling general day to day questions.
• Credit Management. Analyzing new and existing customers and assigning line of credit and payment terms.
• Yearly Unclaimed Property reporting.

Past Responsibilities

• Heavily involved with Krones Machinery Canada's month end and year end closing process. Included monthly financial meetings, BPC reporting, and helping with year end audit.
• Corporate Credit Card Administrator.
• Cost runs of manufactured and purchased parts.
• Accounts Payable functions. Invoice postings and vendor reconciliations.
• GST/HST filing.
