I did some work in the PAN office 2 times since 2010 when I was on light duty when recovering from surgery Because I currently work in pre and post op areas, I am familiar with the types of information required to prepare patients and their families for their upcoming surgeries I am also familiar with the physicians and anesthesiologists and their specific requirements and processes leading up to and after surgery I am comfortable and confident in my abilities to relay this information over the phone and utilizing interpreter services when needed
